Replacement Actuating Rod and Handle For Reese # 30032 15K Fifth Wheel Hitch
Updated 07/18/2012 | Published 07/15/2012 >
Question:
I have a 15K rated reese fifth wheel hitch part #30032 and I noticed that the handle is bent. I think that the actuator rod is the actual part that is bent. If I were to replace the handle and the actuator rod, what other parts will I need? For instance, I saw some snap rings on your site, are there any other parts recommended? Thanks

The replacement handle for your Reese # 30032 15K fifth wheel hitch would be part # 58055. The cotter pin used to secure the handle to the actuating rod is included.
The replacement actuating rod is the # 30579 that you referenced. The actuating rod uses the Klip Rings to hold it in place. The rings are not included, and are available as part # 58054.
Assuming that your fifth wheel hitch is in good shape (other than the bent rod) you should need no other parts.
