Can this DRing lug adaptor be installed on the Curt towbar for towing my ‘99 Wrangler which has a stout off-road front bumper?

We do have similar tow bars that can attach to the Roadmaster D-ring adapter part # RM-035-1 you referenced but the Curt # C19745 will not attach. You'd have to go with a motorhome mounted tow bar like the Falcon 2 part # RM-525.
