I own a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Edition and I am struggling on how to install this device. Do you have any pictures or video that can assist with the install? The installation instructions are very difficult to understand.

We do have similar tow bars that can attach to the Roadmaster D-ring adapter part #RM-035-1 you referenced but the Curt #C19745 will not attach. You'd have to go with a motorhome mounted tow bar like the Falcon 2 part #RM-525.
