It sounds like you are looking for an adjustable ball mount that has both a hitch ball and pintle hook combo. If that is the case then we have the perfect option for you in the Curt Pintle Hook part # C45908 which comes with a pintle hook/ball combo and can be used with a standard trailer coupler when the Replacement 2" and 2-5/16" Dual-Sided Ball part # C45923 is added. This setup is designed specifically for 2-1/2" trailer hitch receivers and offers up to 6" of drop.
Unfortunately, the Flash Solid Steel HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount does not have a pintle hook attachment.
