It looks like these mirrors will cover the turn signals? Would the K-Source Zap be a better solution for my truck? Thank you for your attention to this matter

The K-Source tow mirrors part # KS81810 are the way to go for your 2013 Ford F-150 as they have the cut outs you'd need for the turn signals in the mirror housings. The part # CM11800 would cover the turn signals. I attached a picture of what these look like installed for you to check out as well as a link to an install video.
