What is the torque specs on this product? It came with no instructions.

There isn't a specific torque spec for shackle bolts like what come with the hanger kit part # APS5 you referenced. They need to be secure enough but if they are too tight then the leaf springs will bind and cause problems in your trailer's suspension. The lock nuts included with the kit will ensure the bolts do not fall out. I recommend tightening the nuts until they makes contact with the shackle strap and then add another 1/4 turn. This should give you the right amount of torque needed to secure the nut and prevent the suspension components from binding as well as backing off.
