Torque Specs for Wet Bolts for Dexter Axle E-Z Flex Suspension Kits

Question:
I have a 2018 Cedar Creek with the 8000lb axel and the dexter ezfelx suspension on it. I have noticed that the front and rear shackle bolts are working loose. What is the torque spec for these bolts?

According to the installation instructions from Dexter Axle the torque specs for the wet bolts on their Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kits, like part # K71-653-00, is 30 - 50 ft-lbs. I have attached a clip from their instructions for you to check out.
