Can 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4WD Quadra–Trac II be Flat Towed and Parts Needed

I have a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought new...I was planning on getting the complete demco setup including base plate, towbar, and brake, but the Jeep is AWD. It doesnt have another shifter for 4 Wheel, just a handle to put it in 4 wheel low. Next to that is an area to the tip of a pen to put the transfer case in neutral. I checked the user guide I have, and it seems to state that the vehicle needs to be towed on a trailer with no wheels touching the ground....anybody got any experience with the above vehicle? I checked the Good Sams/motorguide site and it just states 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4WD with Quadadrive II

I took a look at the online owner's manual for your 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and under the "Recreational Towing" section your Quadra–Trac II model CAN be flat towed because it has a neutral transfer case, which is exactly what you described. If you go to page 340 (of the online manual, yours may be different) it explains exactly how to transfer into neutral, which you will do before towing.
Since you mentioned Demco, here are all the parts you will need from Demco to flat tow your 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee:
