I have a sea Ray Sundancer and I wonder if this could replace my old one? Its mounted under the counter and also runs on 12 v battery power?

The great thing about the Everchill Refrigerator for RVs # 324-000110 is that it is a universal design so you can definitely use it with your older Sea Ray Sundancer, just note the external dimensions of 17-1/2" wide x 17-3/4" deep x 19-1/2" tall so that you know it will fit.
To get this to work with 12V power you just need an inverter. You can use the Go Power Inverter # 34280173 which is rated for 225 watts and then instead of using the alligator clips use the installation kit # 342GPDCKIT1 so that it is hardwired to your battery terminals.
If you want something with a little more power you can use the Go Power Inverter # 34280175 which is rated higher at 800 watts and gives you the ability to install the remote # 342GP-HD-R so that you can turn it on/off at a convenient location. You will need the installation kit # 342GPDCKIT2 for this option instead.
