The Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler w/ Jack Hole - eZ-Latch - Primed - 2-5/16" Ball - 21K # 12660-97SP does not have any bolt information, with the reason being that this is a weld-on application and cannot be bolted on.

I did cut out the relevant aspects of the weld-on info that is from the manual. I also added a link to a video review of the weld-on Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler # 12660-97SP.
