Error Message Codes on LCI leveling System

I have a 2016 Open Range Roamer 348RLS. My leveling system will not do anything but beep and say Error, press enter to acknowledge. We’ve tried disconnecting the battery for about 20 minutes, pressing enter and retract buttons simultaneously. We’ve tried all the arrow buttons. Am I missing something?

It sounds like you have an error on the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC675817. There are a lot of different errors that may possibly pop up with the Lippert Ground Control. Can you tell me exactly what the error is saying? I have attached a snip from the installation instructions regarding the different errors and troubleshooting.
