I was able to check with Lippert to get confirmation on the specs of your V000408984 axle, which are 5200-lbs axles with 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern hubs. This will give you 2 different options you can use depending on the quality of corrosion resistance you're looking for.
The first option is the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR526D, which is a confirmed fit with the hubs and spindle that came on the V000408984 axle. This disc brake kit is dacromet plated to provide you with good corrosion resistance and comes as a complete hub and rotor kit. Since this isn't a boat trailer that will be submersed in water, the dacromet plating will provide sufficient resistance to rust and would be a good economical option.
The best option available is a stainless steel kit that only comes with the rotors, which is part # K2R526S and will provide the best rust resistance. You can use this if you have idler hubs already or you can use the Kodiak Trailer Hub # KH42655S, which are a stainless steel hub that will fit on your spindles.
This brake conversion does require a 5 bolt mounting flange, so if you do not currently have a 5 bolt flange welded onto this axle you will need to use the Redline Brake Mounting Flange for 3" Round Axles # 4-44-1. This mounting flange will need to be installed by a certified welder with the appropriate jig that can hold it in the correct spot for mounting.
The best option for an acutator is the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit for Disc Brakes # HBA16-252-82, which is the highest rated actuator that will provide the 1600psi required to operate the Kodiak disc brakes. This kit includes all of the brake lines you'll need to run, plus a built in bleeder that will allow you to easily flush the brake lines for maintenance. If you need a new trailer wiring kit for this setup, you can use the Wiring Kit for HydraStar Actuators # HS381-9000 which comes with a new 7 way, junction box and hardware to wire your new Hydrastar EOH Actuator (this is not required since you should already have a 7 way on your trailer).
If you don't already have a brake controller that is compatible with EOH brakes, the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 is one of our most popular and well reviewed brake controllers. It looks like you've got a 2019 Ram 1500 as your tow vehicle, so you'll want to use the brake controller adapter plug # 3024-P to provide you with an easy installation of this brake controller.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these items for you to have a look at, as well.
