Hi, I have a 2018 Audi Q5 with 235/60R18 tires. My owners manual says I should Use fine-mesh snow chains. They must not add more than 0.53 in 13.S mm in height, including the chain lock. . What do you recommend?

For your 2018 Audi Q5 with 235/60R18 tires I recommend the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH02230K66.
They're Class S compatible chains, which means they're meant for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance like your Audi. They don't wrap around the back of the tire like a standard chain does, so they won't interfere with anything behind the tire or touch the wheels. It uses a self centering and self tightening design so as you drive the chains will stay tight against the tire and centered.
