I looked up the owners manual for your 2020 Kia Sportage and depending on how it was equipped from the factory the towing capacity is between 1650 lbs and 2,000 lbs with a maximum tongue weight of 220 lbs. So long as the camper doesn't exceed your Kias maximum capacity, or the rating of the hitch it is perfectly fine.

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36593 is a Class II trailer hitch and has a 300 TW and 3500 GTW.

It's common for the hitch to be rated higher than the vehicle it goes on, however you always want to use the lowest rating out of all the components you're towing with.
