If you're looking for the easiest hitch to install on your 2019 Toyota CH-R, then the Curt # C11567 is your best option. Installing this hitch is actually pretty straight forward:

To gain access to the mounting points, you'll begin by removing two underbody panels on the rear of the vehicle. From there. remove the fascia clips holding the lower bumper fascia to the rear bumper body panel.

With the panels out of the way, remove the bumper beam assembly. Once removed, use a hammer to flatten out the two metal tabs on each end of the bumper beam.

Finally, loosely attach the hitch onto the bumper beam with the provided hardware before raising it back into position and reattaching the bumper beam on the vehicle. Torque the hardware to the specs listed in the installation instructions. Re-install the fascia clips and underbody panels and you're ready to hit the road!

If you click on the video link provided, you can see the # C11567 hitch installed on a Corolla Hatchback. The steps to install the hitch on your CH-R are pretty much the same with the exception of how the panels and bumper fascia clips are removed.
