Im trying to send you a picture of the Coupler on my trailer , I need a new Wedge Latch not sure if Item # F640801 will work .

Thanks for the picture of your coupler. It definitely looks like you have a Fulton A-Frame coupler # F44305R0500 so yes the repair kit part # F640801 would be the correct repair kit you'd need.
