Are f640801 and f670801 interchangeable? Not sure how tell tell which one I can use.

No they are not interchangable although they do look similar. The part # F640801 fits coupler part # F44305R0500 and then repair kit part # F670801 fits the part # BD44125W0317.

Which coupler does your look like between the two?

We only have two options for a Fulton A-frame coupler repair kit so I will list them for you here. The #F640801 fits the #F44305R0317 and #F44305R0500. The #F670801 fits the 44125W and 44150W series couplers. None of these are actually 14k so unless…

You would have to make an adapter since a 7-way female to 7-way female adapter isn't made. For wire you would need the part #DW04914-1 (sold by the foot). Then for 7-way connectors you would want the part #PK12703.

Thanks for the picture of your coupler. It definitely looks like you have a Fulton A-Frame coupler #F44305R0500 so yes the repair kit part #F640801 would be the correct repair kit you'd need.
