I have the surco roof rack 45x50 but I dont know how install and if I need extra brackets

Check out the picture I attached that shows the instructions sheet for this Surco Safari Rooftop Cargo Basket # SPS4550-1101. You should not need any additional brackets to complete the installation.
Once assembled the clamps from the cargo basket will go around the side rails and tighten on to them with the included hardware.
