The Square Direct Weld Jack w/ Footplate # TJD-8000S welds directly to the frame of your trailer. They're universal in design so where they are mounted depends on the application.

You put the jack in the proper location for your trailer and weld on both sides of the jack, the length of the attachment point. I included a photo and linked the parts for reference. I recommend having a qualified shop, or welder install it if you are not comfortable or have not welded before.
