Trailer Jack Solution for Trailer Tongue that is 6 inch by 3 inch
That is a pretty tall trailer frame but we do have a solution Dan. You could use the part # HD50000101 unless you wanted a swivel option. Then I would go with a weld on style jack like the etrailer # TJD-7000S for a sidewind or the part # TJD-8000 for a top wind. Or if you wanted something that could swivel you'd want a pipe mount like the part # BD178203.

Replacement Jack for Trailer With Welded On Square Tube and Top Hole
Hi Jason; odds are pretty low that there are parts or a jack that can be used with that square tube to complete a trailer jack. However, I certainly don't mind taking a look at your pictures just to be sure. If you respond to the email you received with the link for this page you can attach the pictures and I'll get them. If nothing is available to make that work you will need to replace it with a complete jack like the Square Direct Weld Jack w/ Footplate # TJD-8000 you were looking at.

Hey Daryl, I actually went out to the warehouse and measured the Square Direct Weld Jack w/ Footplate # TJD-8000 (you can see my shoes in those pictures!) and measured 20 1/2" for the height of the black tube, and 2 1/8" wide. Yes, we do carry the correct replacement handle for the Square Direct Weld 7K Jack part # TJD-8000. It's the Replacement Topwind Handle part # TJD-7000-HD which is exactly what the jack would have come with when new and it's an easy bolt-on install.

Can 7,000 lb Square Direct Weld Jack TJD-8000 be Trimmed
You won't want to cut a jack like the Square Direct Weld Jack # TJD-8000, with the issue being that doing so you would cut the lift rod inside the jack, not to mention void the warranty, and compromise its capacity. So I would avoid doing that, though I can sympathize with your issue, as 4 or 5 inches is pretty low. There isn't an absolute minimum standard for how high off the ground a jack should be, but generally you want a jack to be about 8 inches off the ground to ensure clearances...
