The best tonneau cover for a 2019 Ford F-350 is the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK48330. I prefer the BAKFlip MX4 because it has a hard top which means your contents inside the truck bed are truly safe, it has a low profile design so you don't have to worry it sticking up from the bedsides taking away from the look of the vehicle, and it is very durable therefore you don't have to worry about it getting damaged when using your truck as a truck. The BAKFlip MX4 has a very tight fit on the factory side rails as well which is an issue I have ran into with other tonneau covers. Furthermore, there is a drain system built-in which will do an excellent job of making sure the truck bed stays dry.
If you want, you can add a bed mat like the BedRug XLT Truck Bed Mat part # XLTBMQ17SBS as well. I have attached an install video of the BAKFlip MX4 and the BedRug XLT Truck Bed Mat on a 2019 Ford F-350 for reference.
