Will BedRug Custom Truck Bed Liner Work With Underbed Rail Adapter on 2018 Ford F-350

Would this product work with part# RP30156 if I trimmed out the 4 holes necessary for the puck system or would it be to thick for the adaptor to latch correctly on a 2018 F350 with the factory tow prep package?

The BedRug Custom Truck Bed Liner # BRQ17LBK would not work with the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156 if you only trimmed out the holes on the puck system of your 2018 Ford F-350. The only way it would work is if you cut out the entire area that Adapter # RP30156 fit in, which would leave you with a bed liner that has a large square in the middle of it.
