Question:
What leaf springs do I need to order for the new axles for the Road Warrior trailer? What additional items should be ordered when I replace the axles?

You want to replace the axle and leaf springs with the same dimensions of axles and springs you have now on the Road Warrior. The Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles part # 7359765 measures 95" hub face to hub face. It also measures 80" from spring center to spring center so you wan't to make sure your existing axle is the same size.
This axle does not come with hubs so you wan't to make sure your existing hubs will fit the spindle's of the new axle or you can replace them. If your existing hubs have an inner bearing of part # L68149 with an outer bearing of part # L44649 then this axle spindle is compatible with your existing hubs. If you need to replace them I recommend etrailer Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if you need a hub and drum for brakes. If you need idler hubs, I recommend part # 84545UC1-EZ. Both of these hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern so you would need wheels with that bolt pattern to be compatible.
To replace the leaf springs, I would need to know the length of your current leaf spring center of spring eye to center of spring eye. The capacity of a single spring would also need to be half of the axle capacity. For example the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles part # e54SR measures 25-1/8" from center of spring eye to center of spring eye. The spring capacity is 1,750 lbs.
