I need brackets for our 5th wheel curt hitch 16515 for our F250 2004 short bed

The complete base rail kit that is designed to fit your 2004 Ford F-250 short bed and will work perfectly with the Curt E16 hitch is the part # C16443-204. This includes both the base rails and the custom brackets that will use existing holes in the F-250's frame rails to cut down on the needed drilling during installation.

For just the brackets that are included in this kit you would use part # C16443. If you already have a set of base rails please keep in mind that we typically recommend sticking with the same brand between them and the brackets, as we have seen many cases of components from different manufacturers not being compatible with each other.

If this is the case and you do not have Curt base rails, please let me know and I will be happy to recommend the correct mounting brackets.
