I would like to purchase Wheel Cylinder Assembly - RH Item # 54-80-4 and the left hand LH for 7 x 1-3/4 Inch Drums . Do you have them? If yes, what is the price for both?

The matching wheel cylinder for 7" brakes that pairs with the # 54-80-4 is the Wheel Cylinder Assembly Kit -LH # DA24FR. These are both of the parts you need to change both of the wheel cylinder assemblies on your 7" Dexter brakes. These cylinders will fit 7" brakes like the # 23-398-399.
