Can you recommend a lock for the receiver to the truck and for locking the trailer side coupler as well?

Since the Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch # 336VS503505 that you referenced has a hollow shank you can use the hitch lock/anti-rattle device # 63232 as a really great lock setup that will also prevent any rattling of the accessory in your hitch.

The matching trailer side coupler is the part # 336TS528 for a pole tongue trailer or # 336TS504 for an a-frame style coupler. This type of coupler does not have a lock made for it but the good news is that it's so unique the likelihood of a thief having the correct ball mount setup is incredibly rare. You do have the option of a trailer wheel lock like the # RA-25 which will act as a theft-deterrent as well.
