How To Choose Correct Lock N Roll Articulating Trailer Hitch
Question:
I am trying to figure out what /rise Lock N Roll hitch I need. I have a 2019 Tacoma stock wheels and measure the hitch height at 17.5. The trailer we are getting has a hitch height of 21 3.5 difference. I see there is on eTrailer, there is are 2.5 and 4.5 hitch options. What confuses me is on Lock N Rolls website, they sell 2.5 and 4, but the 4 has the same model number as the 4.5 on eTrailer. Confused. What /rise would you recommend I get? Thanks,

In order to choose the correct Lock N Roll Articulating Trailer Hitch you'll need to measure from the ground to the center of the trailer hitch on the vehicle and then from the ground to the top of the frame on the trailer and subtract 1" - 1-1/2". This will give you the correct rise/drop. If there isn't one offered in the exact rise/drop you need then select whichever is closest with the nose of the trailer pointed slightly down. If you measured correctly then the best option would be the Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch part # 336VS503505.
I have attached a full list of options below.
