Does B and W have a base/rail kit that can be installed on my truck? My Grand Design Reflection 150 has a turning point hitch and I am considering a B and W Patriot non slider hitch.

I have a solution to allow you to install the fixed B and W Patriot hitch part # BWRVK3200 in the bed of your 2020 Ram 1500 5.5 foot bed. You'd basically just need the Demco custom fifth wheel rail kit part # DM8552032-71 and you'd be set. The Patriot uses the same high quality jaw system as the Companion hitches but instead fits standard rails and is also compatible with the Turning Point pin box in your trailer as well.
