Will this unit replace my old Concertone zx25?

Yes, the iRV RV Stereo part # iRV64FR is a direct plug and play replacement for the Concertone ZX25 therefore no wiring will be needed. That said, you may need to slightly enlarge the opening but this varies by case and wouldn't be more than a 1/4" to 1/2" or so if even needed.
