Recommended Replacement For A Jensen JWM6A That Has HDMI Ports

Question:

winnebego View 2017 with house radio Jensen JWM 6a direct replacement with all pigtails same would be a JWM62A BUT it does not show an HDMI ARC nor antenna plugin on back so how would the TV connections work? the IRV 32 or 64 seem to have all the same ports at the JWM6a and a few pigtail modifications to power and zones would be needed JWM6a only has a red / black power presently and not the yellow continuous 12v so not sure if thats an issue PLEASE recommend a radio Thanks

The Jensen # JWM60A does not have HDMI ports so you would have to make your connections using the RCA ports in the back of the unit if you went with this stereo. The iRV # IRV64FR has an HDMI port on the front as well as RCA ports on the back to make your connections. If you're wanting to hide the cables a bit more the Furrion # DV1230BL has an HDMI port on the front and back and RCA cables on the back.

You would have to rewire the speaker/power/etc. wires to the new wire harness for these other units but it really only takes a couple of minutes to do. I just get the wire diagrams for both units and switch over function to function to make the transition easier. Each of these units is only going to have a switched 12v power source so that they aren't constantly draining the battery like your current unit does with the yellow wire.

Out of these three units I recommend going with the Furrion # DV1230BL for the extra HDMI port in the back.
