Compatibility of Curt Class V C15324 on 2001 Chevy Suburban

Question:

Hi. I have a custom 2001 Chevy Suburban 2500. Will this hitch fit on the frame? I presume it will need drilled, which isnt a problem. I am just concerned if it will sit properly on the frame. Thanks.

I can say that Curt doesn't consider the hitch a fit, but if you look at the provided photo, you can see the mounting hole spacing on the hitch and compare it to the frame member of your truck.
