I'll start off by addressing your question on Class S compatible tire chains like the Titan Chain # TC2321, since it will directly affect the type of chains you're going to be able to use on your 2017 Ford F-350. Class S compatible chains are designed for vehicles with limited clearance in the wheel wells and offer a low profile snow chain that can be safely used on these vehicles. If a tire chain says it is not suitable for Class S vehicles, it just means that the chains are going to be too big to use on vehicles that have limited clearance in the wheel wells, or have some important components in that area that could get clipped and damaged with larger chains.
From looking at the owner's manual of the 2017 Ford F-350, it looks like you're required to use Class S compatible chains on your vehicle; I was also able to determine that dually models of the F-350 came with 245/75r17 tires (you'll want to confirm that you have that size tire just to be certain).
The issue we're going to come up against with your request is that there are no Class S compatible snow chains that are also designed for use off-road; there are also no chains that will cover both of the rear wheels on each side of the dually axle that are Class S compatible. For reference, the Pewag All-Square Mud Service Snow Chains # PWE2439S are a confirmed fit on your 245/75r17 tires but are not Class S compatible.
I recommend using the Titan Chain # TC2321, which are a Class S compatible tire chain. These chains are square steel link chains, which are great for a bit of added bite into the snow and the diamond pattern chain offer better tire coverage than ladder or V pattern chains. These are not off-road compatible, but would work well on snow and ice and also not come in contact with the wheel wells on your F-350. You'll likely need 3 sets of cables; 2 sets for the rear wheels and 1 set for the front wheels (chains on the front help with steering and braking).
I've attached some of the review videos for these products that you might want to have a look at, as well.
