Is there a reason i cant use the Curt Spectrum on a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500? I like the knob that comes with it

The Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller part # C51170 and the custom wiring adapter part # C51525 is a great option for the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 because of its simple out of the way installation. The knob can be installed in any easy to reach location at any orientation. The main unit installs out of the way and utilizes the custom adapter plug for your truck to plug into the factory port. I have attached the measurements of both the main unit and the knob for you to get an idea of where you can install it in your particular truck.

The knob allows you to switch between the modes of the brake controller simply by pressing the center button. This allows you to adjust the braking power, aggressiveness and manual override. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
