My 5th wheel has a wheel spacing of 13 1/2inch between the tires at center. What do you recommend?

Since the distance between your tires is larger at 13-1/2 inches the Super Grip Chock XL Wheel Stabilizers # UF21-001095 is what you'd need as it fits a distance of up to 17 inches between the tires.
I attached a picture of what this looks like installed as well as a review video that shows how it installs as well.
