How to Install the No-Sway Cages on a Thule Vertex 4 Bike Carrier

Question:
Just received and installed the Vertex 4 bike carrier a little confused about proper installation of no-sway cage. Is it one for each row, and do you alternate from 1 side to the other? thanks for your help

You will want one sway cage for each bike, and since you load the bikes facing alternating directions you will alternate the sway cage location for each pair of cradles.
Check out the picture I attached that shows the correct way to install the frame cradles.
