Could Two Dual Type 1 Propane Fittings be Attached Together for a Hose Extension

Question:
Can this hose thread together on both ends to roll up like a garden hose? This will give me the answer if it will work for what I need.

The male and female fittings on the Camco propane extension hose part # 100914-120-MBS are a mirror image of each other (one side male other female) so you could easily connect two of these together if you wanted to.
