How to Sync Linc Remote to Lippert Ground Control 3.0 System

Question:
I have bought a replacement remote for the one that got stolen and have tried to paired up with my system on my fifth wheel trailer I have tried pushing the button five times to the left five times to rightIt does not show anything on the face on the touch panel. How do I fix this

I have attached a clip from the instructions on how to configure the Linc Remote # LC358601 so that it syncs to The One Control Touch Panel of your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 system.
If this doesn't work please let me know and I can help you to continue troubleshooting.
