Question:
Do i have to remove the bumper beam when I install a hitch on the 2019 Jaguar f-pace. I am looking at the draw-tite hitch 76026

The bumper beam is removed and not re-installed when installing the Draw-Tite trailer hitch part # 76026 on the 2019 Jaguar F-Pace because the hitch cross tube is longer so it does not allow the bumper beam to fit back onto the vehicle. The hitch replaces the bumper beam on the vehicle.
I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13291 for the Jaguar because it is a rounder and shorter design that allows the bumper beam to fit around the hitch. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
If you need wiring, I recommend Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118785 for a 4-Way connection at the rear of the Jaguar. The Tekonsha brand wiring has proven to be more reliable and durable than the other brands especially the converters.
If you plan on doing some towing you may consider the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
