I am looking for a hitch bike rack that won’t interfere with backup camera and parking sensors on a 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. Thanks.

I do have an option for you, however, there isn't a hitch mounted bike rack out there that is guaranteed not to interfere with the back up camera and parking sensors on your 2019 Toyota Tundra.

Your best option is to go with a truck bed bike rack like the Thule Insta-Gater Pro # TH93VR. This rack requires no drilling or bolting for installation. It uses your tailgate opening to secure the rack to your truck bed so it's compatible whether you have a cargo management system on the truck or not. Unlike most truck bed racks, the Thule Insta-Gater does not require you to remove the front wheel of your bike. This is a 1-bike carrier, but depending on the width of your truck bed, you may be able to add more than one rack to transport 2-4 bikes. Each rack requires approximately 18 inches of space. The step through design of the Kuat Transfer # KU74FR makes it the least likely to block your backup camera, but once bikes are mounted on it, there's just no way they won't be in the way. We haven't had the chance to test out any of our bike racks on a 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro to see exactly how the parking sensors are affected.
