Question:
I bought a set of Timbren suspension enhancers part # THROD2 for my 2012 Odyssey, and I cant see that they make a bit of difference. I hauled a trailer over the weekend that I had also hauled before I installed them, and I think I was riding just as low as I did with the stock bump stops. The back of the Odyssey was down at least 3 inches, probably more. I didnt get out a tape measure to check, but it looked just as low as before. Does this manufacturer offer any kind of guarantee?

Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement Systems like the part # THROD2 do a really nice job of providing additional support for heavier cargo or tongue weight from a trailer, however there is still going to be a gap between the spring and contact point when mounted. This simply means that the rear of your Odyssey is still going to drop/sag with the trailer hooked up before the Timbren springs are engaged.
The jounce-style springs should provide a bit of a difference in rear sag but they're not really designed to get you back up towards level.
To try and eliminate that rear sag a much better option is with an air bag kit like the Air Lift # AL60815, which is confirmed to fit your Odyssey. Like the Timbrens, these will fit inside the rear coil springs on your van but since they the air pressure is adjustable (5 psi to 35 psi), you are able to fill them in an effort to close up the gap that the Timbren springs left, thus shortening up the distance the suspension needs to drop before hitting the air springs.
I have attached an installation video on the 2012 Honda Odyssey that you can also use for reference.
