The hidden trailer hitch I recommend for your 2020 Toyota Sienna is the Draw-Tite # 76112 because it is the only hitch of the three that is rated for use with a weight distribution system like the Fastway e2 # FA92-00-0600, which not only speaks to its overall strength but is important if you do plan on towing. I have added a photo showing this hitch installed on a Sienna so you can see exactly how hidden the crosstube is. If you do plan on towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness, and for your 2020 Sienna the correct harness is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118648 if your Sienna is NOT an SE model or the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118498 if you DO have the SE model.
