Will the curt or draw-tite front mount hitch fit the 2019 Ford F-250 with four wheel drive? will it interfere with the front axle

Yes, both the Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch part # 65076 and the Curt hitch part # C31078 fit all models of the 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty. They will not interfere with the front axle at all. I have attached photos showing how they install on the Ford Super Duty. Curt is the side view and the Draw-Tite is the front view.

There isn't much of a difference between the two front mount hitches, they both install either through the air dam or the air dam can be removed. I recommend Curt because it doesn't look like it sticks out as far so it looks nicer, and is made in the USA.
