Which Front Hitch Installs Higher for 2020 Ford F-250 Curt or Draw Tite

Question:
My 2020 Ford F-250 has the taller lower air dam on the front of the truck and I want to know if the Curt or the Draw Tite cuts a hole in it to install and which sits higher/lower.

I attached pictures that show how the Curt front hitch # C31078 and the Draw Tite # 65076 looks when installed and you can tell that the Draw Tite sits up a bit higher since it comes through relative to the curve in the air dam.
