will a blue ox wd hitch #2003 with 20000 wd, tw 2000 work for airstream classic 33 tw of 1200 lbs trailer weight of 9500 lbs.

The weight distribution system I recommend for a 2019 Airstream Classic 33FB is the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System part # EQ64FR which is rated for up to 16,000 lbs. The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System will perform better than the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System part# BXW2000 and is more appropriately rated for the weight of your trailer. Please note, the Airstream Classic 33FB has an overslung coupler hence part # BXW2000 and not part # BXW2003.
If you still wanted to go with the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System than I recommend part # BXW1500, not part # BXW2000 which is too far overrated. If you were to go with a system that is rated too high then you would likely not get the best performance from the system.
The Blue Ox 20K System comes with a 2-1/2" shank whereas the Blue Ox 15K System comes with a 2" shank. If you have a 2" hitch then you also need the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Shank part # BXW4002. The 2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # C40008 is also needed and will work with either the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System or Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System.
