If you're still experiencing a significant amount of rear sag on your Tundra when using a weight distribution system to tow a trailer, a good solution is a rear suspension enhancement kit, however the first thing I recommend doing is simply making sure your existing system is appropriately rated. The system needs to match up well with the total tongue weight of your setup, which includes both the loaded tongue weight of the trailer plus any added cargo weight coming from behind the rear axle of your Tundra.
Ideally the total tongue weight of your setup will fall comfortably within the tongue weight range of the weight distribution system. For example your Curt MV Weight Distribution System # C17052 features a tongue weight capacity range of 800 to 1,000 pounds.
If you verify that the system is correct for your setup then you also want to make sure everything is adjusted properly. You may need to add/remove washers from the head assembly or adjust the chain length that's being used at the lift brackets.
Also keep in mind that a trailer's tongue weight should be around 10 to 15 percent of its total weight. If your trailer has too much weight up front it could be causing issues with sag. If this is the case simply try and re-distribute weight around on the trailer until you're able to get the tongue weight down into that range.
Lastly, if everything above looks good, your next option to try and reduce sag is with rear suspension enhancement on the truck. For your 2010 Toyota Tundra the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2445 will work really well. These 4,800 pound capacity air bags can be adjusted (5 psi to 100 psi) to eliminate sag when under load and also to maintain a comfortable ride when you're riding empty.
I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference.
