Question:
Im towing a highwall pop-up trailer with a Jeep Wrangler. The trailer has the battery and propane tanks mounted on the tongue. I would need spring bars at least 40 long to clear the mounting plate. Do you have something I could use.

Though I do have another option available, there currently is not a weight distribution system manufacturer that makes a system with bars that are 40" long. At least not that I am aware of anyway.
With that said, you will need to use a chain style weight distribution system, like the Curt MV # C17052. But the bars are only 31" long, you might say. This is an accurate measurement, but instead of using the included frame brackets, you can use the Curt Bolt On Chain Hangers # C17005. These will require drilling to get installed, but it is a good solution when very limited space is available. They are also rated for use on an up to 15,000 pound system, so they are strong and capable. This will be the best option we currently have available for you.
The last thing you will need is a ball, like the Curt # C40030. This is a 2-5/16" ball rated up to 15,000 pounds and will work perfectly with the MV weight distribution system.
A potential add-on to the Curt MV # C17052 will be the Curt Friction Sway Control # 17200. The MV system does not have any sway control properties on its own, so the # 17200 is a very nice thing to have.
