How To Secure a Car with Raised Letters On Tires Using Wheel Strap Tie-Downs

I have Goodyear polyglas raised white letter tires on my 1971 Javelin AMX and would like to use the E track system to tie down my car in an enclosed trailer. Is there a style that will not go over the tire face? If not, have you heard of a system that would protect the straps from rubbing the letters?

Yes, the Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap part # EM58523 is exactly what you are looking for as it does not come into contact with the face of the tire like the Erickson Adjustable Wheel Net with E-Track Fittings part # 77314 does. These will both hook into the Erickson Horizontal E-Tracks like part # EM19147.
