We do have the exact replacement for your Dexstar 17-384 trailer wheel, the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20428.
This wheel has a 5 on 5" bolt pattern which is going to be what you need. In regards to a spare tire, you are going to want one that is the same size and load range as your current tire, and which you can see on its sidewall.
For example, if you have a size ST205/75R15 tire with a load range of D a great replacement is the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # AM10245. Or if you have a size ST225/75R15 tire with a load range C you will need the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10251.
I have added a link to a video review of the Dexstar trailer wheel for you to check out as well as a link to our entire selection of 15 inch tires that will fit on this wheel so you can get the right one.
