Question:
I have a 35 foot EZ Loader triple axle boat trailer that I haul my over-width Ranger Tug on. We are traveling between states and in addition to wide load banners and flags, I am required to have flashing amber lights for night time hauling. I want to permanently affix the amber lights to the front and rear of the each fender and wiring this function separate to the trailer plug. My idea that this circuit could also be used for an electric boat winch when at the ramp. What recommendations do you have for a submersible option that will only operate in flash as there is no need for a clearance/tail light function? Thanks for you input.

We have just what you need with the Buyers Products 24-LED Strobe Warning Light # 337SL66AC. This amber light flashes 4 times per second and is IP67 submersible. It comes with a grommet too that will allow you to install it easily in the fenders of your trailer.
