If the vent in your 2018 Georgetown Forest River is a Fan-Tastic roof vent then yes the replacement lid part # FVK1020-81 is the correct part you'd need. I attached a picture of what the fan you'd need to have in your RV looks like from the interior.
If you have something that looks different email me a picture and/or see if you can find a brand on it and I'll see what we have that might work.
